01. Non-Sparking Explosion Protection, Building a Solid Safety Line

Adopting non-sparking (Ex n) protection design, the new product optimizes the circuit structure to ensure no electric sparks, electric arcs or high-temperature surfaces during normal operation, eliminating ignition risks from the source. It fully complies with GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.3-2010 standards, with an explosion-proof grade of Ex nA T4Gc, suitable for Zone 2 environments containing IIA explosive gases of T4 temperature group, meeting the needs of low-risk scenarios such as chemical storage and general workshops.

02. Multiple Protections, Adapting to Harsh Working Conditions

With IP66 protection grade and flame-retardant rubber sealing rings, it can easily cope with harsh environments such as humidity and rain; the shell is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and 316L stainless steel, and the insulator is made of temperature-resistant thermoplastic material, which can work stably in the environment of -55℃~+60℃, resisting the test of high and low temperature and high humidity.

03. Convenient and Practical, Adapting to Diverse Needs

It adopts threaded quick connection, combined with five-key positioning design to realize blind insertion and anti-misinsertion, making operation efficient and convenient; the terminal connection of plug and socket can be freely selected between welding or crimping. The crimping contacts adopt copper alloy gold-plated hyperboloid wire spring jacks, which have soft insertion and extraction, small contact resistance, and the contacts are detachable for easier maintenance.
